ICYMI - Announcements

On August 8th, 2021, the TokenFlow team contacted the DUX team about a discrepancy between the MCD Voting Tracker tool and the Governance Portal. In response, DUX uncovered three erroneous calculations used in the governance polling database, which is detailed in their post. These issues have now been fixed, and the DUX team presents both short-term and long-term mitigation steps.

Influenced by the issue explained above, the DUX team release the Governance Portal version 0.2.0. New features include Poll Vote History, Delegate Statistics, and Visualizing Poll Vote Breakdown. Check it out!

The DAI Foundation is now able to manage ownership of ‘Intangible Assets’ belonging to the Maker Protocol. In response, @LongForWisdom and @seth announced that they have been working on a MIP, which is now on the forum. The goal of this MIP is for governance to agree on a process to set who has management permissions for content and platforms that are ‘DAO official.’

@Primoz proposes a new set of auction parameters for the largest vault types, ETH-A, ETH-C, and wBTC-A. This decision stems from the previous Governance & Risk Call discussion. These changes should be included in an on-chain poll next week.
