  • The Monthly MIPs Executive Vote went live on Monday, March 22nd.
  • Results:
    • The Executive Vote Passed on March 25 at 08:33 UTC and executed on March 27 at 08:34 UTC.
  • A Summary of the Accepted Proposals and what it means for MakerDAO:
    • The Core Unit MIP set will move to Accepted status.
    • Core Unit MIP set related amendments will move to Accepted status and have their Pull Requests merged.
    • RWF-001, Real World Finance Core Unit Proposals will move to Accepted status.
      • Mandate will move to Accepted Status.
      • Budget of 40k DAI per month for an unspecified number of months will move to Accepted Status.
      • Facilitator Onboarding of Sébastien Derivaux will move to Accepted Status.
    • GOV-001, Governance Core Unit Proposals will move to Accepted status.
      • Mandate will move to Accepted Status.
      • Budget of 80k DAI per month for 3 months, April-June, will move to Accepted Status.
      • Facilitator Onboarding of LongForWisdom will move to Accepted Status.
    • RISK-001, Risk Core Unit Proposals will move to Accepted status.

  • The Governance Facilitator, @LongForWisdom, performed the Governance Cycle Review during the weekly Governance Call, recapping the March’s activities and allowing some time to discuss April’s governance cycle.

  • No polls or votes this week related to a Monthly Governance Cycle!
  • April’s Governance Cycle begins on Monday, April 5.
    • The Formal Submission for April will be from April 5 - 7.
  • If you are working on a proposal and plan to be eligible for May’s Governance Cycle, be sure to propose it to RFC before or on April 7.
  • This week’s Governance and Risk Call can be used to talk about the upcoming governance cycle, formal submission preparation, and/or ask specific questions to Authors about their proposals.
